1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the omg platform and all its services. omg is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are written in English and shall be considered the primary version. The omg authority reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

If an account is found to belong to someone under 21, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

3 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone, and use a password that is strong and difficult to guess.

• Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept strictly confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the omg support team immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on the omg platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• If an active bonus is in place, the related wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, omg may place the withdrawal on hold and carry out additional verification.

4.3 Liability

omg is not responsible for any financial loss caused by an incorrect account number or details provided by the user. It is the user's own responsibility to provide accurate information for all transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000 — to withdraw, you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, address, or device.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If bonus misuse or strategic betting (arbitrage, hedging) is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• omg reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

All gaming and betting activities on the omg platform must follow the principles of fair and honest play. The following rules are mandatory for all users:

• Any attempt to manipulate game results is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to gain bonus benefits (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors are not valid and must be returned.
• Using bots or automated software in slots or table games is prohibited.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards dealers or other players in live casino games is not permitted.

omg's specific rules apply to betting on cricket and other sports. Settlement of bets in the event of a cancellation or postponement will depend on omg's specific sports betting rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the omg platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or initiating chargebacks.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, viruses, or malware.
• Collecting or stealing other users' information.
• Using omg's brand or trademarks without authorisation.
• Impersonating an employee or representative to commit fraud.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by omg

omg may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Opening an account with false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the omg support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements or active bets must be settled before the account is closed.

9 Personal Data and Privacy
